Since 2007, Marion County Community Services has been working toward building a multipurpose community building for Marion county. The proposed building will offer a recreational/competition swimming pool, basketball/volleyball/multipurpose room, indoor walking track, gift shop, youth center and office rooms for other non-profits or organizations.

This multipurpose community building can be used for many different purposes to include rehabilitation as well as building pride in the community and bring the entire county together. Relationships and friendships are blooming for residents across the State of Arkansas in communities that have a building of this kind.

We can do this!

Marion County Community Services now owns the land in which to build the future community center!

The parcel of land is off Hwy 235 behind the Eagle Nest Lodge!
